It was a thoughtful and engaging interview where I got to meet a handful of employees. Thought they were smart and attentive and very clear about the parameters of the role. Good follow-up.

Question 1
It was a good back and forth. I can't remember exact questions but it was a very comfortable conversation.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pablove Foundation (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The interview process was long and tedious. I had a phone interview followed by 3 in person interviews over the span of a month. After my 4th interview they just stopped responding to me. It was only after i followed up twice that they informed me they were going to keep looking. I understand things don't work out sometimes but after so many interviews I think it's only professional and fair to the candidate to keep them informed, even if it's a rejection.
