Initially they will call for screening. It is not telephonic. They will call for interview for all candidates.
face to face Interview took around 2 hours.
Initially they will test about your analytical skills and quants skills.
If you are able to handle to do at least 1 math related question also you can enter to 2nd round.
They are not so good in technical perspective. They will ask only few simple questions.
