PVC Facility Management interview questions

I applied for one job, but they decided to interview me for another job which paid significantly less. When I tried to revisit the job I had actually applied for, they immediately shut down communication. It seemed like they use other positions to lure people into interviewing for the high-turnover, low-paying property manager position.
