Initial phone screen for role clarity and introductory questions with HR. Very pleasant and efficient process. Second round was in person interviews with White Plains executive team which lasts the better part of a day. C-suite and upper management are all approachable and very sharp. They clearly are passionate about the company and want individuals who share their enthusiasm and are good cultural fits. Comp negotiations were fair, straight forward, and handled quickly. Overall, this was a very positive experience and seems to match the way they want to project the business.
