Interview
The interview process was very casual. I made a point to be intentional in my research and preparation for my interview. I only interviewed once. I sat down with two people, the internship coordinator and the Communications Team Director.

They asked about my personal faith journey, my previous experience, and what I hoped to take out of the internship.
It was simply a matter of discussing what exactly my role would be and gaining an understanding of what I would be doing and what was required of me and asking why I wanted to start in the position and what my ambition was in progressing
