The interview process was not good. The entire process took several months. Because PSC is a consulting company, your employment through them is dependent on how responsive and in order their client is (other software and biotech/Pharma companies). The client had/has a subpar way of conducting business, which led to a delay in hiring. Overall, there was a standard 3 part interview (phone screening, PSC interview, client interview). You’ll be asked standard questions on your work experience, your understanding of the role, and why you want the role/what you will bring.

The interviewer was rude, distracted and somewhat condescending. The interviewer took a random call in the middle of it, had lot of background noise. The interviewer explained the role to me, said background wasn't a match, and then asked if the role still interested me. No proper interviewing ethic.
