I have just finished the on-demand video and I knew that you I did not get the opportunity to record again but I was under the impression that questions were answered with two minute responses. The first ones were 30 seconds and completely threw me off my game. So prepare yourself for any length of response.

Basic questions about why you’re excited about PSA and would be a good fit.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
