Interview
Applied online, filled out an online assessment, and then was invited to a small group/individual interview session. There was an informational session, we had to read off a little excerpt, they checked our documents, and then concluded the day with individual interviews. Overall it was a great experience, I met some really great people, and learned a lot.

Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Interview
Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
