I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2018
Interview
Brief timeline to start: 2/20 I submitted the application for PSA, 3/13 I received a link to complete the assessment, 3/18 I received an invite to a F2F & the actual dates and sign up was sent on 3/20. My F2F was scheduled for 4/5, & received my CJO on 4/7.
I had my interview in Charlotte in April. I flew in the day before because it was my preference so I booked my own hotel room for a night. The next morning I arrived at the training center where the interview was held, via the training center shuttle. Check-in was a quarter to 10am but I arrived earlier. The interview session started at 10am. You must be on time. No late interviewees. There were about 25 of us that day. There were four recruiters present, two were FA recruiters & the other two were current FA’s. We first started off by reviewing a presentation about the company followed by a Q&A. This lasted for about an hour. Then we took a small break. Everyone was told to meet back in the room in numerical order. Then they split us into small groups to do a group activity. During this activity they also had us read aloud short announcements that you would make while in service. After that, we were sent on another break which would be followed by one-on-one interviews. The order they interviewed was pretty much based on what time your flight was back home. And if you drove, then you were last. They said you would hear back within a week. I heard back within two days! My overall experience and opinion about the interview session was very positive. It was very fun and laid back within the short amount of time we were there. My advice to any one who gets invited to a F2F is to be yourself, relax & let your personality guide you. They’re not looking for perfectionism, they’re looking for genuine ppl. I look forward to going to training at the end of April!
