PROXIMUS LUXEMBOURG SA interview questions

Applied a couple of months ago via Job Seeking platform, started with a Technical Interview where the guy is pretty kind, afterwards HR interview, and HR responsible called be and shared where they are preparing offer, and sending the offer for management approval.. all is OK until here.. But afterwards I got another technical interview invitation with Team Lead where we are at the offer stage.. and quiteness for a couple of days.. afterwards they decreased the offer around %40 percent where I rejected it.. Couldnt see any professionalism at the company procedures, hopefully our paths will not be crossed again in the future,,think twice before applying jobs on Proximus Lux...

Over Zoom since we had Covid restrictions. HR was very relaxed but at the same time not really interested in too much details. In retrospect there are quite a few things left unanswered which goes to show that once you are onboarded don't even think about renegotiating or asking for clarifications. Do your homework before you go to an interview.
