Interview (screening) with Recruiting in HR. Interview with potential manager and interview with a representative from an adjacent department. Process was moved along by keeping in contact with HR for next steps.

Tell me about a time when you had to manage multiple projects with various deliverables. How did you organize and decide what to work on first.
There was no response to follow up email after interview. It took so long to hear back about the role that even if they had offered it to me I would have considered declining due to the poor recruiting experience and what that might indicate about how the company treats its employees.
