      Content Writer Interview

      28 Apr 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Bengaluru
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PRHUB (Bengaluru) in Apr 2025

      Interview

The first two rounds were face-to-face rounds - the first round being an assessment and the second round being a technical round. What came as an unpleasant shock was the criticism of my resume (as if it was the first time that they were seeing it). The commentary that ensued was that, "You have stability issues?" and "Unless the company is harassing you, ideally you should be changing 2 jobs in 4 years", even after I tried to explain my reasons for why I had changed so frequently. After that, even though I had informed them about my expected CTC, which was the bare minimum hike that I could have asked for, the comment that came from the other side was, "This expected CTC would have ensured your resume gets thrown out, which is why I am asking your in-hand income". They had access to my CTC and resume for the whole time and still chose to humiliate me by asking me to come to the office. I am thoroughly disappointed at professionals who are supposed to be in a high position acting like this. It's a no from me and everything I said, should be serving as huge red flags to you too, if you're reading this.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me everything about my family - where I come from, where my brother works and what department he works in, if I am married, if I have plans to get married eventually, what my partner works as and where he is from.
