Interview
Walked into the office only to find a packed room of individuals waiting their turn to be called. It was so packed you were lucky to get a seat. The place was rather dirty - it looked like the office was staged with cheap tables and chairs giving you the impression they were there temporarily. Once my interview began, the gal kept responding with COOL-how unprofessional! The position I applied for was Account Manager and the job they were advertising was not account management. They were looking for someone to go into the Home Depot to promote their kitchens and bath. They basically wanted you to go strolling throughout the store, tap on peoples shoulders and let them know custom kitchen and bath services were available. After spending a few minutes in the room, I walked out, not the job for me. Don't bother wasting your time, you can do better.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PPG (Rome) in Feb 2026

Interview
Floating application after first interview. It was a straightforward first interview. Mostly informing you what you're applying for, and asking regular compliance questions.
No rejection just floating with no follow up.
There are multiple rounds of interviews (at least 2) with many situational questions the interview is not very conversational as they are focused on the questions that they are given to ask.
