Had an informational session on-campus, and had an on-campus interview following the info session. Interviewed by three alumni (both physical and virtual) from the same department. Interview lasted about 45 minutes.

Question 1
Have you ever had a conflict with someone you work with, and how did you resolve the conflict.
No technical questions were asked. They basically just asked questions about my resume and behavioral questions. Pretty standard interview overall. They also used the star method so be prepared for that.

Zuerst kurze Vorstellung, dann Fragen zu mir und meinem Lebenslauf, dann Fragen zur Chemie (meine früheren Stationen und Kenntnisse, die zur Stelle passen), dann Vorstellung des Unternehmens, was man sich unter der Stelle vorstellen kann, zuletzt ein Rundgang durch die Labore des Unternehmens
