Pretty straightforward with hr screen followed by an interview day with different team members. Overall good experience just recruiting timeline was very drawn out, a few weeks from application to hr screen then a week or two until team interview and then a few weeks regarding a decision.

Short excel test (VLOOKUP's, sums if etc), followed by face-to-face chat with senior managers. Easy questions, more like an informal chat. Misleading job description. From hindsight it is obvious that the organisation is absolutely desperate to hire stuff as they are loosing people at the extraordinary rate.
