I applied online. I interviewed at POSSIBLE (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I submitted my application and was notified about a month later that it had been reviewed. I was then asked to complete a "challenge" that would showcase what I could do. The instructions were very vague, but it required a lot of different tasks and there was a 6-day deadline. The challenge was really fun and was a great way to show what I knew. I was told I would get feedback by the following Friday after I had submitted it, but I didn't hear anything until the following Monday. They had me in for an interview, which was really laid back and lasted about 20 minutes. A tour of the office followed along with a briefing on the specific duties of the position and what the pay would be. I was told I would have a second interview over the phone within the week. Another two weeks after the second phone interview, I was notified by email that another candidate had been chosen.

Interview
I applied online, had an HR screening call, and was then set-up with 3 Skype interviews with the team. They were good, relaxed conversations, but selected a different candidate. They got back to me a week after my interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at POSSIBLE (Columbia, MO) in May 2016
Interview
It was pretty average. More time was spent in the interview describing the company, its capabilities, and the responsibilities of the intern position rather than asking too many questions. i interviewed with 3 people; one from the HR department in Ohio and two from people in the office who worked on the team that I would be on. I did my first interview on Wednesday and had two more on that Friday. I received an offer later that day and accepted. I had the contracts for the internship about 2 weeks later.
