Very intimidating. They tried to act like your buddies, but you had to act like not yourself to convince them that you're good for the job. Very uncomfortable. Asked me questions that made me... well, question whether the questions were relevant to actually getting the job. It lasted like an hour.

process was long and overboard, they act like you are getting hired for a big paying job or a professional job but they don't even check your background or references, dumb questions that isn't fair to the position, unprepared interviewers, stuck up style interview, like they are too good for you and you have to really impress them.
