I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview is fairly laid back. They ask mostly personal questions to get to know you and your personality. The first interview was on campus and second was in downtown Pittsburgh. The first interview I had was with two managers at PNC and the second interview was three separate interviews. I could tell through the interviews that they were looking to see if your personality matches what PNC looks for more than anything else.

It goes from an online hirevue to a short phone call with a recruiter and finally a superday. Everything went pretty smoothly, and there were no questions I didn’t expect.

Interview
You are interviewed at their intern summit and get interviewed in person, no coding challenge or anything too technical. A lot of behavioral questions, asking how you worked within teams, etc.
