I was called in to interview by the recruiter. It was a panel interview. When I arrived I walked into the room and I was interviewed along with five other candidates. They asked us basic customer service questions. It was a fairly simple interview, nothing out of the ordinary. When it was over they thanked all of us for coming and and two weeks later I got a call saying that I got the job.
