All via the phone (no video) - I had about 6 interviews total, including the phone screening. I spoke with multiple HR folks, the person who would've been direct manager, the department head and others on the team. All in all, I had a good experience.

I had 6 or so phone calls with hiring managers and members of the team. I was repeatedly asked the same interview questions and about who I had spoken to and when. It was clear to me that they didn't communicate at all with one another. They all seemed nice, just incredibly disorganized.
