I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2014
Interview
Started off with phone interview. asked basic behavioral questions. not very structured, very easy.
At the end of the week I was invited to fly to Pittsburgh for their super day.
first night was just an overview and a mix and mingle. think they were trying to see what kind of person you are, if you can drink and eat and still be professional. the next day were interviews. 2 interviews 30 mins a piece. same questions as the phone interview, give or take 1 or 2. I really enjoyed the people I interviewed with. Just off them I was considering choosing them. I may re-apply for full-time in the fall. Wasn't sure if i wanted to do financial supply chain.

Video response interviews then invited to Superday. For video, response do your research not sure what to expect for the super day. I would probably come up with good questions and study up on behavioral questions.

Interview
Phone interview resulted in a hiring manager interview same week. The hiring manager came alone and did not appear to be interested in interviewing. 10 minutes in he leaned forward stating "HR wouldn't approve of this, but I tell everyone they can opt out of continuing with the 2nd round if there's an issue with credit or background." No issue with my credit or background - when I stated I wanted to continue with the interview he would not ask or answer questions. PNC - you have a huge liability issue brewing in hiring. Feeling discriminated against and blacklisted. I wouldn't be at all surprised if candidates start to record interviews to file suit. Very disappointing experience overall.
