Submitted my resume through a career fair and my school's career center and received an on-campus interview. This was with an alum of my school who worked an PNC and mostly consisted of conversation questions, some behavioral, and no technical questions. It was laid back as far as interviews go and the interviewer was nice, helpful, and willing to answer questions.
About a week later, I received an offer for a second round super-day in Cleveland. This conflicted with travel plans but they were helpful and allowed me to attend the Chicago super-day. They paid for my travel expenses and the process consisted of an evening dinner that had a ton of PNC people there (about 60 candidates and 60 PNC employees). Dinner was relaxed and conversational. They paid for a nice hotel room, and the next day had 5 15 minutes interviews spread out throughout the day. Most were very conversational and relaxed, again no technical questions. They were all very nice and asked about my interests, location preferences, and explained the different lines of business that had available internships.
At the end of the day, all the candidates had to rank their preferences on location and where within the company they would prefer to work. Currently waiting to hear back, but they said it would be with a week or two.
