I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PMBC Group (Beverly Hills, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I first had a phone interview with the CEO, Ola, who explained the positions they had open and to give me a background on the company, clientele and company culture. She then scheduled an in-person interview with me at their office. The in-person interview process was very professional and the CEO made me feel very much at ease. I met with 3 people in total (CEO and two vice presidents), who all made me feel comfortable and welcome. During the interview, Ola explained how promotions would work, what they would expect of me and answered any and all questions I had. All three women were very transparent, which I appreciated greatly!

I was contacted on LinkedIn for a phone interview followed by an in-person interview and received an offer that day. When I asked for some time to meet a few other employees in the office before accepting, I was pressured into making a decision within 24 hours and declined.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PMBC Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process was direct and ran smoothly. After a 30-minute phone interview, I was invited to come into the office and interview with several employees. I interviewed with two directors, the VP and the CEO/founder. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the process took approximately 2 hours. Following my interview, I was asked to complete a few writing assignments to demonstrate my abilities over the weekend and email them back by Monday. Monday morning, I received an email from the CEO extending an offer and letting me know they would like to move forward. After a few more phone calls and emails to complete paperwork and arrange the details, I started work at PMBC Group the following Monday! Everyone I spoke to at my interview was genuine, caring and down-to-earth which put me completely at ease and assured me I was making the right decision by joining the team. The interview was very straight forward and no one was concerned with trickery or "testing" me- simply getting to know me, my skills, background and abilities to complete the job I was interviewing for.
