I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PLS Logistics Services in Dec 2014
Interview
Reached out to the company via my school employment website and a recruiter reached out to me the next day to set up a preliminary interview on the phone. This interview consisted of basic interview questions nothing too surprising. They also explained what exactly the position would be on a day to day basis. They followed up two days later asking to set up a Skype interview with one of the branch managers that I would be working under. This interview they asked for more information on how I would feel about cold calling and were clearly trying to figure out if I have what it takes to cold call for them.
