I applied online through their career website. I believe I received a call-back fairly quickly -- within a week. The initial phone screen was with the recruiter with the typical questions: strengths/weaknesses, why do you want to work there, what interests you, etc. The second phone-interview was a conference call with members from the development team. This interview lasted longer than the first, but the questions were similar to the first. Some were more technical. After the second phone interview I was given a programming assignment: to create a program that can evaluate a simple mathematical expression. (+,-,*,/, and parenthesis). The implementation of division was optional. I submitted the assignment and waited a week for a response. After inquiring them of the assignment, they informed me that it got blocked out and was now submitted for review. Another week later I received a reply that they do not think my skills are suitable and will go with a different candidate. I asked if there was another position that I can apply for to work my way up, they kindly suggested to apply for a testing technician position, for which I did. I did the first phone-interview again, and after that I stopped receiving communication from them. Recently, another Entry Level Junior Software Engineer position opened up (July 2017), for which I applied and was immediately rejected 2 days later.
