1st Interview with HR was very nice and relaxed, mostly about my background and experience. 2nd interview with management, also very open and nice, no pressure at all. I got to know more about the company too. 3rd interview with production lead. This was more about my real technical knowledge of the position with harder questions. Also questions about real-life scenarios. It was a harder interview than the others obviously. After it I was informed on the same day that I passed to the next phase, a tech test. This test was hard, but I was given 3 days to finish it, so I had proper time to do it right considering I had a full time job back then. Then when I passed the technical test, I had two other shorter meetings, so more people in the company could get to know me.
