PLAN A Agency interview questions

Had an intial call with HR and then had an interview with 3 key stakeholders. Interview was smooth, but what transpired after didnt seem professional. The HR was having calls and getting my current salary info and was verbally providing an offer. My chats with HR and the section head after hinted a toxic culture where the particular role was set to squeeze whoever takes up that role. Decision making was concentrated at the CEO level. Glad that I did not go ahead with this company.
