I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PIMCO (Newport Beach, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I was interviewed by a single person, this was 10 minutes. Then a group of three different women entered (my eventual bosses) and they interviewed me all at one, this was 15 minutes. I highly recommend studying interview questions and having your answers prepared, because that's what I did and I'm very glad I did. They asked me if I was OK answering 1,000 phone calls a day. You don't answer that many phone calls a day (more like 100-300), but just say you're fine with it.

Question 1
What will you do if a trader's headset isn't working, they're upset and they need you to fix it now!
For a contract admin assistant position, there were 2 rounds. The first was with the direct supervisor and a Senior EA. The second was in office with the regional managers, supervisor, and the person you are going to cover. For the full time position, it is longer and the turnaround time is very long.

First round was a general screen with two employees where we walked through my resume. My second round was with one employee which was confusing as I had been told it was two people.
