Interview
Basic interview process...applied online, had a brief phone interview with HR (very nice person). Scheduled a one on one in person interview with Operations Manager. Met with HR was given a quick tour of the office and the department I would be part of. Then went on to interview with Ops Manager. Went over my background and qualifications after he went over the job details. Had a great interview & conversation and was told I was moving on to the next round of interviews. Received an email a few days later saying I was unsuccessful. I was still very impressed with PHMG and the people I was able to meet, great company if you get the chance to be part of.

I spoke with Emma, an internal recruiter at PHMG. She was amazing keeping me updated throughout the whole interview process. She gave me feedback throughout, and was so supportive. I had 2 interviews, then was offered. One of the best interview process I have ever been through.

Spoke with talent agent who agreed I would fit the bill then had a zoom with the head of the department before I was invited in to meet the global directors.

Interview
Seems like they hire 95 percent they interview as they need hundreds of AMs. I interviewed for one role, they put me in another and then moved me 2 weeks in. Very messy management and my pay package was unclear and unfair.
