The interview process consisted of an initial screen with an internal recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and a final round with a member of senior leadership. Unfortunately, after completing what I felt was a very positive final interview, I did not receive any additional communications or closure despite sending multiple follow-up emails to the recruiter. The lack of communication after significant time investment was disappointing and unprofessional.
