I applied online. I interviewed at PERI (Madrid) in Sept 2022
Interview
In the first interview with Iberia HR director, several conditions proved to be false, such as vacation time and wfh benefits. Overall the process was not straightforward or transparent and they avoided writing anything down. What they say and what they write is not the same. And what is written is the only thing that they stood by, as all the false benefits ended up innexistent.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly questions about language and computer skills, nothing really very thought over or complicated. It's a very basic and easy interview.
The interview was well-structured and conversational. The panel asked thoughtful questions, assessed both technical and strategic skills, and offered clear insights into the role. Overall, a positive and professional experience.
I was interviewed for the role at Canada- bolton. The Talent acquisition lady called me up and set up video call interview with her. After interview upon asking feedback she just sent templated basic answer as my application is not selected. Upon asking why and provide reason, she just went MIA which shows me unprofessionalism.
