      The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PENNYMAC

      Interview

      They liked me resume and asked me to do an assessment, a cognitive assessment. The test was simple, I know I did well on it. A day later, I was told they would not move on with my application. I emailed the hiring manager asking why and I never got a response back. Terrible communication!

      After application was sent in, recruiter reached out for me to take an assessment After assessment 3 Rounds of interviews Round 1: recruiter zoom calls, ask FIT questions “tell me about a time you had to face a challenge...” gives you the nature of the job Round 2: training manager calls, asks about your background and for you to highlight your experience. After that you role play a sales call. Round 3: phone call with site manager, asks questions such as “rate 3 qualities you think the role requires” Call back with offer

      I interviewed at PENNYMAC in May 2021

      Interview

      Went through three interviews with different people, starting with a recruiter and ending with the site lead. All three interviewers were pleasant to talk to and made the interview feel conversational. After the third interview I received an offer for the job the next day.
