I applied online. I interviewed at PENNYMAC (Saint Louis, MO) in Sept 2020
Interview
Applied Online. Never heard from anyone from HR, but rather directly from hiring manager. One zoom meeting interview was set up with the team. No real structure to the interview. I heard back from the hiring manager a month later with an offer.
Initial phone screening that took less than 20 minutes. At the end of the interview, the recruiter stated that she would move me ahead and have me interview with the hiring manager. It didn't happen. Lied directly to my face. Waste of my time.

Question 1
Can you describe your previous experience using Python and ARIMA?
Lots of interviews virtually. Some asked very challenging quantitative questions. I don’t think everyone will have this experience though. Be ready for anything. Some people will ask for experiences while others want to see what you know.
