Interview
I submitted my resume to the floor manager via email. I then went in for a 1 on 1 interview which lasted about 15 min. We then went on tour of the facility, met the guys I would be learning from and working with. I then started the next day.

Interview
They received my resume and asked for a telephone interview but it wasn't so much of an interview as the interviewer telling me that she was upset that they had sent her someone who had no desktop support experience. If she didn't think I was qualified, why did she even ask for a telephone interview.
