Interview
It was a very pleasant interview for the most part--it felt very organic, more of an actual conversation than an interview. Most of the questions were very general, but it seemed strained when it got to the topic of electronic versus a paper based peer review. The overall flow of the interview changed course at that point.

Is it easier to drive a manual or an automatic car? Referring to the overall peer review process, going to work with one that is electronic from one that was mostly paper based.

Long interview. Interview experience includes a practical application which is grade by one person (appeared subjective) . Little information was provided about the practical application/role play. Also, perhaps a panel of interviewers for the practical application would balance the appearance of fairness and objectivity.
