Interview
This interview was simple; they emailed me, and then I scheduled an in-person interview and interviewed there at their company office. They did ghost me afterward, though. It was not a difficult interview, and it seemed they were mostly interested in me as a person, not so much as a professional, which could be good or bad depending on how you look at things.
Phone interview, technical and behavioral. Technical included trivia and leetcode easy. Not the greatest interview considering how small the company is and they still decided to use leetcode. Company culture seemed nice, but wasn't a fan of the process to get there.

Interview
Very straightforward, started with technical test and then a panel interview. All communications were very clear and professional. Whole team seemed genuinely interested and engaged in the hiring process, felt pretty honest and straightforward.
