Interview
The whole process, from engagement to physical face to face interview was conducted via Whatsapp from HR. In no where you will be speaking to a human being. The only time you get to meet a human was on the actual day of the interview.

Question 1
Hirer did not asked or pose you any questions on how you can contribute, or asked what you can bring to the company. In fact, he will just tell you what is required for this role and if you can handle it. Simple as that. I declined because it seems to be this is a top down rather than a mutual relationship.
