Contacted for interview two weeks after submitting employment application; met with four staff members with standard questions asked regarding my experience. Overall, it was a positive experience. My concern: a politically charged environment; this was my first interview with a nonprofit where the governing board is directly involved with operations of the organization. Unfortunately, a red flag for me.
