Interview
Initial 30 min phone interview followed by 1st round 60 min video interview w/ hiring manager and 2nd round loop w/ a series of individual and group interviews w/ team+. Process was transparent, fair and efficient. Really enjoyed getting to meet so many members of the team (9+ different people). Overall interviews were relaxed and friendly. Balance of technical and behavioral questions. Didn't receive the offer until 2 weeks after the final interview.

Describe prior experience using certain tools / methods (excel modeling, costing analyses, etc). Explain how you would approach a certain strategic problem / question (steps you would take, important stakeholders and communications to consider, etc).

Interview
Hiring and interview process went fast and it was smooth. My recruiter was fantastic. she advocated for both (PATH and me) and made sure everything was on time. Interview was a day long and with 8 different people.
