It was an easy phone interview. Be sure to talk about the Socratic method of answering questions from students. The company is not good, and I don’t recommend working here, but the interview process was easy.

What would you do if you don’t know the answer to a student question?
The interview is fully online. First, you receive a few questions on your subject and then you are invited for a quick online interview. They ask a few questions and that's it.
Ten minute phone interview. Discussed prior experience and asked to explain how you would respond to certain student scenarios. For example, if you were instructing a student that was using inappropriate language how would you respond to them?
