I applied for several positions, and they allowed me to choose which one I wanted to pursue. I chose the Data Entry Clerk position, which included a phone interview, an online skills test, and an in-person one-on-one interview. The phone interview went very smoothly, the skills test was a little repetitive (certain parts overlapped each other), but was easily satisfactory, and the in-person interview went well. The in-person interviewer was difficult to understand per her accent, but her positive attitude made up for it. Security was lighthearted and helped make the tedious procedure of scanning and clearing me for entrance an enjoyable thing (they do work for the federal government). I was shown around the facility after my interview, and I left with a smile on my face. I felt cared about and respected the whole time, and I'd strongly recommend others to try this company. If their work environment is anything like their hiring process, then it would be a great place to work. Ultimately, what caused me to pass them up on their offer was the extensive background check, which was going to take 1-3 months, meaning I would have to find another job in the meantime.
