I had my interviews few years ago, the interview process was smooth and overall experience were positive. It was four rounds interviews: Phone interview with HR , Interviewed with direct hiring manager, then Interviewed with Director , the last Interview was with VP.

Tell me about yourself? How your/team process month end close? Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years?

It started with a self-introduction, then why Oxford and this position, several behavioural and common interview questions, and eventually administrative questions. Interviewees can ask questions at the end of the interview and they will tell when we can hear back from them.

Terrible interviewing process. They do not respect the candidates' time. I had to reschedule interviews without an explanation. HR will tell you that they will follow up with you by a certain date but will end up keep you waiting and eventually ghost you like you aren't important enough for a 5min response.
