I applied online. I interviewed at Oxfam (London, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Two interviewers were there and i felt quite comfortable. Informal interview i would say and good impression of the organisation. Both of interviewers were very frienly and it helped me relax a bit. Recommend to apply for a job for someone who starts to build a career in ngos.
Long interview in multiple phases and a sort of simulation on the road of 20 minutes aproximately, lots of questions and its all made in group. You have to answer some of the common interview questions along with personal experiences and what would you do in a possible scenario with potential customers.

The interview was around 30 minutes. It was an online interview. The interviewers seem nice. They first went thought my cv and further asked me some of my experience, like describe a time when you feel frustrated/ describe a time when you have conflicts with your teammate. A lot of these kinds of questions
