I personally found the interview process very interesting and it was a great introduction to the job. What I liked about it was that they got me thinking about questions I had not given a thought before. I also liked the fact that I was given the opportunity to show I can apply my economic skills to real world problems

Interview
I interviwed online with the management team. They asked some general questions about my background and described the type of work they do at OxFirst that is mostly related to patents. The next stage I did a technical interview they aksed about python coding and other technical questions related to data science.
The ghosted me after the second stage and I never heard back.

Interview
Interviewer did not show interest, accidentally placed my interview with another candidate at the same time, and was losing focus during the interview few times. Questions given to candidate also seem to be thought-on-the-spot rather than actually planned.
Worst part, at first told me it was just a background get-to-know session but ended being a full interview with full on behavioural questions.
