Pretty straight fwd you need to know a little about property taxes and real estate. There is 2 phases to the interview process. Do your research you’ll be fine pay is only $12 though
I applied online. I interviewed at Ownwell (Austin, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
Lot's of canned questions, felt like AI wrote them, give me your best X your worst Y; formal to the point it felt impersonal; felt rushed as if we were just going through the motions. I don't think they learned much about me. Didn't seem to care about my process. I left the interview thinking they already had a candidate picked out and it was a waste of my time. Strikes me as a "journey man"/average or below caliber kind of place from my interaction with their head of HR.

Interview
They conduct a 2-stage process. Both interviews were relatively straightforward and lasted less than 30 minutes. I suggest asking as many questions as you'd like to better understand the position and expectations.
