Interview
Was given an on-campus interview after a career fair - the interview was rubric-based. At the end of the interview, I thought I did well but not stellar. I was honestly shocked to get the offer. I feel like my ability to discuss technical aspects of past experience set me apart.
The interviewers were friendly and genuinely interested in hearing my perspective. They guided the conversation with thoughtful questions, encouraged me to think deeply, and created a comfortable environment that made it easy to share meaningful, well-structured STAR responses.
