I was approached by one of the Oviva Recruiters and we had a really positive chat about my suitability for the role. I was told I would receive a feedback within days or just after Christmas...which I am still waiting for. Incredibly frustrating and disrespectful considering the amount of time required to apply for the role and prepare the interview. Incredibly damaging to the company image.
