Interview
The interview process was one of the best I've experienced. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and all interviews started on time. Communication throughout the process was clear and transparent, particularly around salary, benefits, and expectations for the role.
I completed four interview stages and felt that each step was relevant and gave me a good understanding of both the position and the company. Overall, I had a great experience and felt respected and informed throughout the process.

Question 1
I was asked about my previous customer support experience, how I would approach and resolve different customer support scenarios, and how I handle challenging customer interactions. I was also asked about my strengths and weaknesses, my approach to teamwork and feedback, and what interested me about the role and company.
The process also included a take-home assignment in which I was asked to draft responses to several customer support scenarios, followed by a discussion of my approach and reasoning.

Interview
My interview experience was disappointing. Communication from HR felt impersonal and minimal, consisting mainly of calendar invitations and brief emails with little engagement throughout the process.
The hiring process appeared disorganized and slow, and I did not gain a clear understanding of the team's hiring needs or timeline. Based on my experience, it seemed that positions remained open for an extended period without being filled, which made the process feel inefficient and frustrating as a candidate.
Overall, I left with concerns about the candidate experience and the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Overall, the people are very nice and respectful.
But processes are very long, longer than necessary.
In my specific case, they ended up not continuing with me for a reason known from the start.
