Overpass interview questions

I had my first interview with the CEO and the second wit the co-founder and Chief Product Officer. As this was a brand new role for the company, a lot of the questions revolved around my ideas around how to standardize and grow that part of the company as well as my ability to speak well to different people. I received the offer not long after they confirmed my references!

Sent in resume and was scheduled for an interview with the CEO. The second interview was with Co-Founder / CPO. Both interviews were conducted via Zoom given the pandemic. The interviews were relatively quick and generalized: brief walkthrough of my background, understanding the job, what skills I could bring to the table, etc.
