This was by far the WORST interview I've had in my life. I was invited via LinkedIn to apply for this position at Overlake School. I am a graphic designer by trade so I found it surprising that they would want to interview me for a web administrator position. I thought it couldn't hurt to interview so I went for it. The phone interview was conducted by two people, one from HR and one from the tech/web department. The person from HR was very nice. When it came to the part of asking me about my background and qualifications, they asked me if I knew these certain programming languages and software which I did not claim to nor stated anywhere on my resume. When I told them I didn't have these qualifications the whole interview became very hostile. The web admin continued pelting me with fast paced questions about data admin and programming that I knew nothing about all while raising his voice. The underlying tone of the interview was "Why are you even interviewing with us?" When in fact they are the ones that approached and invited me. The most enjoyable part of the interview was when we hung up the phone. I highly recommend never interviewing here.
